No upfront from you. We fund product, fulfillment, and fees — then split the net revenue, defined in writing, reported line-by-line.

Why split net? We fund the product, so splitting gross would punish us; splitting "profit" invites disputes. Net is the honest middle — and the #1 reason creators fire partners is fuzzy money, so we make it impossible to be fuzzy.
